As a native of a quirky town in west Texas, I found ways to entertain myself through creativity and small-town capers. My art studies began in earnest in 1994 while attending Angelo State University. In 1996 I moved to Denton to finish my BFA and pursue an MFA in Ceramics. I have remained in the Dallas area since graduating from UNT in 2002 and Ihave an ever-growing list of curious things I have done since grad school including having a paper route, owning a hula-hoop shop and learning to lasso small children. Currently I am an exhibiting artist and Art faculty at Richland College.
